Distorted picture - Software update?

CM is a great MPEG1 product, however no matter what I do I always have a distorted line at the bottom of all my videos. I tried the adjust feature, but then the top of the picture started the same thing...I tried 2 VCRs and a camcorder...all the same...any ideas how to fix this? 2. Is there a downloadable update to the Fast.Easy software somewhere on the net? I have v3.60, but Dazzle in the US already uses v3.62. Are there plans to have the software updated for CM too?

Posts: 116 (05/25/00 01:55:55) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	As no one else has reported this problem to us, I do not think it is a problem with the software, but rather a fault with your Clip Master or cabling setup. Have you tried it on another PC to see if the problem occurs there too? Can you tell me the spec of the PC? If a new version of the softare is released we will inform you on this forum. Posts: 116 (06/02/00 07:59:34) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	If you adjust the line by pushing too far downward it will appear again in in the top of the video - so you will have to adjust it inbetween. It is not something which can be solved by a software update. The latest version of the software is 3.658 - see the thread 'Sound Synchronisation' for more details. FAST Technical Support

I mean can it be a defect of my PC configuration, the CM hardver or what? Should I contact the seller to change my CM for an other one? There is no such distortion on the demo videos on the CD, so I assume that normally this does not happen when using CM? Anybody has any ideas?
