Have just recorded a 757Mb video clip using Clipmaster (version 3.65
.
When I trim the end off (as left video running) and create a new file, it appears to work and the new file is created. Note that it does not appear in the workspace window, nor can I import at this stage - I have to shut down clipmaster and open up again before it will allow me to do this.
Anyway, I get the message 'file has unsupported format' when importing which then fails. If I play the file using Windows Media Player, same thing happens. If I use real player, appears to hang.
The file was truncated to 598Mb.
Can you tell me why this is happening and how to remedy this.
Thanks
