Is the Moviestar software from the Dazzle Digital Video Creator the same as the Clipmaster software??

I use Windows 2000 and the Clipmaster software doesn't support it.

The moviestar software works fine with Windows 2000.

Clipmaster is just the same produkt as the Dazzle Digital Video Creator, isn't it?????????
