Hi,
Just recently I am having problems with viewing the video preview image, when using anything bigger than Quarter Web encoding, this was not a problem until I encoded a project as Quarter Web.
I've reinstalled Clip Master, used the utility to check that it is working correctly (which it appears to be), confirmed that the check boxes are ticked for viewing the previews while encoding.

For reference I'm using Window 98 SE with IE5.5

Any help into why this is happening will be much appreciated
