Clip Master names 'Audio/Video Clips' .mpg files and then if you try to play them back outside of Clip Master, Windows uses Media Player to play them. Media Player is also used to play back 'Audio Only' clips ( .mpa files. )
However, Windows tries to play back 'Video Only' clips ( .mpv files ) with Movie Player, but Movie Player then seems unable to play them as it should.
There are three ways around this:
1) Open Media Player and then open the .mpv files from within it
OR if you want to be able to play them back by just double clicking on them -
2) You can capture 'Audio/Video Clips' that will from the beginning be named .mpg files ( if you want mute clips just do not connect the audio source )
3) Capture 'Video Only' clips and then rename them as .mpg rather than .mpv.
Windows will then play them with Media Player and you will be able to use them in applications such as PowerPoint.
