First word of advice for new Clipmaster users:
Even if you do not plan to use them, the Ulead Video Studio programs really must be installed before using Clipmaster. The first Clipmaster problem we have had is that the Snapshot
(ie. make bitmap) tool would not work until Ulead Photo Express was installed.
